Terms of Service

Last updated: April 2026

1. Scope of services

coco is a B2B AI-powered development assistant. It provides CLI tooling, technical support, and related services to customer teams via subscription. These terms govern all use of coco products and related services.

2. Accounts & subscriptions

Registering a coco account requires an invite code issued by the coco sales team or your team owner. Subscriptions run on 6- or 12-month cycles, billed per seat (¥500/seat/month). When a subscription expires, CLI access is blocked until renewal.

3. User obligations

  • Keep your password safe; do not transfer or share your account
  • Use coco only for lawful, compliant purposes
  • Do not use coco to perform any act that violates laws or regulations
  • Team owners are responsible for reasonably managing their team members

4. Intellectual property

Intellectual property in the coco product (including but not limited to the client, server code, documentation, and trademarks) belongs to coco. Outputs you generate via coco are subject to the terms of the LLM provider you selected.

5. Service availability

We will make best efforts to keep the service stable and available, but we do not warrant against brief outages caused by force-majeure events (power outages, network failures, third-party model-provider issues, etc.).

6. Refund policy

Refunds are generally not offered after a subscription is activated. If a coco-side issue causes long-term service unavailability, customers may request equivalent-duration compensation or a pro-rated refund based on remaining time. Specific terms follow the contract.

7. Changes to these terms

coco reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced via email in advance. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these terms will be resolved by the competent courts at coco's registered location.
